BrushLive - HomeWorks Energy

The Homeworks Energy team did an incredible job completing the largest canvas I have led to date…5’ x 7’. Over 2.5 hours at least 100 or so people added their own special touch to the canvas.

And this BrushLive experience was exactly how they all go. The first 30 mins or so people walk by the canvas and don’t know if they want to add to it. They have that thought of “well I’m not artist”. Then about 30 mins later…they slowly walk back up and make the leap. The beauty of that arc is seeing their peers overcome that hurdle and being inspired to add their mark.

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to inspire others to realize that it doesn’t matter what you add to the canvas…what matters is the experience of picking up the brush and realizing that anything is possible. Whether you added your initials, a random line or a company value prop…each of those highlights the power of what we can achieve together on a canvas or in the workspace.
